Saucily pivoting, we then had the pleasure of sitting down to chat with Ray, who has worked for Tim Schafer’s Double Fine on several games, including Psychonaughts, Brutal Legend, and Sesame Street: Once Upon A Monster. Over the course of the interview, Ray talks about the journey that led him into animation, the high points of his 16 years at Double Fine (he got to visit the Jim Henson Workshop!), some of his approaches to animation, what it’s like to work for the man, the myth, the legend – Tim Schafer, as well as letting us “peep through the keyhole” (verbally speaking) ever so briefly at what to expect with their current project: Psychonaughts 2.
