UI/UX Design
Concept ideation, built wireframes, and designed a turn-key, fully functional interactive prototype.
Project Pitches
Fabricated videos for prototype teams showcasing how a final product might look in order to get buy in from key stakeholders.
Rapid Prototyping
Many wireframes were created and iterated on in the pursuit of finding a perfect harmony between feature requirements and optimal user experience.
Animated UI Elements
Motion graphics was crucial in defining the behavior of various features such as “The Tray”, “Press & Hold”, and menu transitions.
Brand Consistency
Maintaining the Verizon FiOS brand throughout the family of platforms to reinforce the eco system and brand affinity.

We built from the ground up a bold new vision of how users are delighted and empowered as they navigate FiOS to get to their favorite TV programs.
CONCEPT IDEATION
FiOS MOBILITY WIREFRAMES
__________
The FiOS Mobility platform offered some exciting opportunities to design for. We knew that tablets don’t have as much real estate as a big screen TV and smart phones have even less real estate to work with, so a design that is unique to mobility, acting more as a companion to the big brother of FiOS TV was essential. Below are early examples of wireframe and design mockup iterations that maintain the core features of FiOS within a tablet framework.

TAP & HOLD FEATURE
__________
Over the course of designing FiOS TV 2.0, I brainstormed how to eliminate clicks wherever possible as the menu system was chock full of different avenues for content, so I devised a handy Tap & Hold feature for smart phones and tablets, allowing the user to activate it on any piece of content by tapping and holding to bring up the FiOS Wheel. It included options for “Pin to Favorites”, “Record a Show” (or cancel recording a show), “View More Info” on a show, and/or “Play a Preview”. Fun fact: A few years later, Pinterest adopted a similar feature on their platform!
